1.Corrugated Hose(The Flexible Core)

Stripwound Hose:Formed by spirally winding a pre-formed metal strip,creating a deep,interlocked corrugation.Known for high flexibility and good compression/bending strength.

Annular Corrugated Hose:Manufactured from a thin-walled tube that is hydraulically or mechanically formed into concentric,ring-like corrugations.Offers superior pressure retention,flexibility,and a smoother bore.

3.Braiding(Reinforcement)

Single Braid:A single layer of interwoven metal wire over the corrugated core.Provides medium pressure capability and protects the core.

Double Braid:Two concentric layers of braid.Used for high-pressure applications and provides greater strength and pulse resistance.

Unbraided:Used for full vacuum,low pressure,or thermal movement applications where maximum flexibility is needed.
